Skeena Kalum Housing
Skeena Kalum Housing is a 50 unit social housing complex on Terrace's south side. Subsidized by BC Housing, the aim is to ensure people do not pay more than 30% of their income on rent. The units are a mixture of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments in townhouse fashion. Market rent units are also available.
Applications for housing can be picked up at the complex's amenities building at 4616 Haugland or at Ksan adminstrative building at 4838 Lazelle Avenue.
